Kanji to Romaji Converter




This Kanji to Romaji Converter converts Japanese text containing Kanji to Romaji. Only the Kanji in the input are replaced, from a database of about 13,000 characters.

In cases where a Kanji has more than one reading, the readings will be shown in brackets. For example, the Kanji conversion for 不 will be shown as [FU BU FUTSU HI] for on reading and [SEZU NIARAZU INAYA] for kun reading.
